The Florida community is as diverse as the peoples who make up this state with men’s groups in every major metropolitan area and beyond. Men come to together to support and empower each other in an environment which encourages personal accountability and leadership.
Our vision is of a global community of fierce men who courageously confront their demons so that they can boldly step into a greater self of service to their family and community. Confronting our shadows is only meaningful to the degree it empowers us to go out and make a positive difference in our own life as well as those around us. From this understanding, we continuously explore new ways to reach out and make a difference in the lives of others and our community as a whole.
As a community, we are deeply committed to making our work available to every man. Our practice is one of the warrior magician, transforming our limitations in the form of unreleased anger, fear and grief into a source of inspiration and empowerment.
The Florida MKP community has been a satellite community under the mentorship of the larger Wisconsin community. As any teenager, the Florida community is going through its own transition and growing pains as it carves out its own unique voice and identity.
