The United Kingdom Community

The ManKind Project United Kingdom began in 1994 when some men from the UK independantly met while attending a New Warrior Training Adventure held in Houston, Texas. Those same men returned to the UK with a passion to see the training brought to the UK and with the addition of other men who had also already crossed the Atlantic before the end of that year they had done exactly that. There have been four trainings a year held in the UK every year since then. Nearly 2000 men have been initiated in the UK since 1994 and some of the men involved in the early days are still staffing and leading the trainings. There is thriving community in the UK that was initially based around London but has now spread much further afield and initiated men can be found in all areas. MKP-UK keeps strong community links with the German and French-Speaking European ManKind Project Centres and many staff-men and leaders travel freely between all three European communities.
