Personal Mission:

To co-create a compassionate world by seeking first to understand, loving unconditionally, and blessing.

Action in the World:

Dennis has actively been engaged in supporting men, women, and youth who are gay, lesbian, bisexual, or transgendered within the St. Louis community for the past six years.  He has been active in the Gay, Lesbian, Straight, Education Network (GLSEN) as a member and leader of that organization.  He has been a co-sponsor of the Gay-Straight Alliances (GSA) of two high schools in the past six years.  He has also assisted several high schools with the hosting of five GSA conventions.
He is a presenter/co-presenter of workshops involving heterosexism at local school districts and college classes including the departments of education, psychology, law, and social work.  He co-founded the Rainbow Warrior I-Group within the St. Louis Community six years ago.  His leadership in the St. Louis community and the MKP St. Louis community around issues involving sexual orientation and gender identity have benefited these communities and resulted in greater awareness of the impact of heterosexism.
Dennis has broadened his scope in recent years to include other areas by stepping up as the Multicultural Coordinator in the MKP St. Louis community and MKPI Multicultural Center Coordinator Chairperson.
