Personal Mission:

Live my Truth, Share my Truth, Give only Love, and nothing else.  By doing this, those that I pass by will be better off than before we met.

Action in the World:

- In July of 2005, through his work in the Auburn Rotary, Jerome volunteered as project manager, on behalf of PEACE For Families & Home Aid of Northern California, for the construction of a 39 bed, 12,000 sq ft emergency women's shelter in Auburn, California benefiting women (and their children) who are victims of domestic violence. The project is a $3.7 Million retail value that, through donation of labor and materials from literally hundreds of providers, will be built for less than $1.4 Million.
Jerome was instrumental in securing the $1.0 Million interim loan necessary to begin construction and in securing the $1.0 Million 'take-out' loan from the California State Emergency Housing Assistance Program necessary to close out the project.  Currently, the project is in the framing/roofing stages and hopes are to complete the building in October 2007.
The shelter will provide emergency housing for women & children whose lives are in immediate danger.  The fact is that lives are saved on a regular basis and the women are given a chance to rebuild their life in a safe and caring environment for them and their children.
