Personal Mission:My mission is to serve God by creating and protecting nurturing environments by comforting the disturbed and disturbing the comfortable. Action in the World:As foster parents, our family took in 5 siblings age range 9,7,5,2,1 to keep them together as their parents complete a county rehabilitation program with the ultimate goal of re-unification into a healthy, functional home. We wanted to keep them together as they are all each other has in this chaotic world they were born into. It's been a huge challenge and a blessing and we will continue our support of these kids probably for the rest of their lives. |
