Personal Mission:

I am the one that creates the space for all to come and be themselves by attending to conscious ritual and a life of love.

Action in the World:

King Mott is an Associate Professor of Political Theory and Gender Studies at Seton Hall University in South Orange, NJ. He is currently the Chairperson of the Faculty Senate and Chair of the Human Rights and Dignities Committee. King is an active member of Amnesty International, the NAACP, the Center for Gay and Lesbian Studies at the City University of New York, Gay and Lesbian Alliance Against Defamation, the Human Rights Campaign, and the Ali Forney Center in NYC (a transition home for gay/bi/trans runaways). He is published in the area of social/economic justice and queer theory.
