Mission of Service for Mark and Bear Dyken

Action in the World:

Bear and Mark have together been living a powerful and dynamic mission of service in the world for over 20 years by spreading a positive message of social change through wide-spread performance of their music in their band, Clan Dyken. Under Mark and Bear's leadership, Clan Dyken uses music and practical action to contribute to society's positive evolution through a message of collective and personal action and to convey incredible passion for peace, justice and planetary salvation – especially relating to issues including world peace and justice, ecological awareness, civil liberty and education. In addition, for the past 18 years, Bear, Mark and Clan Dyken have organized and executed a major food and supplies distribution (The Annual Beauty Way Tour and Thanksgiving "Food and Supply Run") to benefit the Dineh (Navajo) people in the American Southwest. When combined with their personal lives of integrity, self-sustainability, artistry and ecological awareness.
