Mission of Service for Craig Mansfield

Action in the World:

Craig is an Addictions, Marriage & Family Counselor, Coach, Human Resource & EAP advisor to 37 different companies (Manages web sites, markets and promotional products for these companies). He offers his promotional products to the Recovery community and MKP at a reduced cost.

He is one of four men that originated The Men’s Gathering in Sioux City over 22 years ago. It is a group of men that found a need for men to communicate, share their lives and stories. They began mentoring other men, as well as, their own sons. The Men’s Gathering has been a great influence on the Siouxland area men. It has also served as a conduit for Mankind Project.

His greatest service to the community for the past 12 years is the “AGAPE DINNER” (Agape means the purest form of love). It is designed to help families in need. Last year nearly 400 people were treated as honored guests and family at St Thomas Church. They are served with dignity and honor. Each person gets new stocking hat, gloves, t-shirt, food at the dinner/food to take home, gently used coats/clothing and pictures with Santa. As part of this AGAPE event he solicits all friends for temporary and full time jobs. He then matches these families with the appropriate jobs.
