Mission of Service for Ken Newberry
 Personal Mission:I create a safe and loving world by being open and honest. Action in the World:As an activist and leader for those less fortunate, Ken has found ways to serve his local community and abroad though his volunteerism. At home, Ken has served for six years on the Board of the AIDS Foundation Houston, a non-profit services. Along with his family, Ken has physically, monetarily, spiritually and emotionally built an orphanage in Kenya for children who were or-phaned by the ravages of AIDS. Each year, he travels to the site, which today houses over 100 children, to help build septic systems, dormitories, playground areas and classrooms. He raises funds for the development of educational programming, re-creational activities and medical coverage. He is a founding member of Texas Chapter of Boys to Men. |
