Mission is to use my gifts of music and communication to inspire, educate and empower all whose lives I touch.
Action in the World:
How he lives it -- it's part of everything he does -- musical performances, master classes, residencies in schools, service work, teaching @ U of L; other teaching/coaching.
Some of Harry’s more recent recognitions include:
-2009 Governor's Award In The Arts -- Kentucky 's highest honor in the arts.
-Artist-In-Resident for the Governor's School For The Arts -- a summer residential program for the state's most talented high school students.
-2009 -- Artist In Residence -- Oldham County Schools,
-2010 -- Consultant/Teacher-In- Residence -- Oldham County Gifted and Talented Student Leadership Initiative.
-Position @ U of L (started December 2009) Special Assistant To the Provost For New Initiatives
As you can see, Harry puts himself out there in the community, living his Mission. In addition, I have personally attended some of his very many performances that he provides gratis, for many causes, including the hunger & health issues in Haiti for example.
