Mission of Service for Ollie Howe
 Personal Mission:I create a world of harmony by loving and listening. Action in the World:Working for the State of Indiana, Ollie has served the last ten years as a help desk consultant for caseworkers solving problems for families and individuals on public assistance. Ollie discovered his passion for music at a Warrior Monk in 2001. For six years, he sang with and served on the board of Encore Vocal Arts, a local chorus. He recently returned to his church choir just 2 weeks following open-heart surgery. Ollie and his wife Barb are active volunteers. They mentor with the Starfish Initiative, guiding low-income high school students toward their college dreams. To better their neighborhood, they have adopted and maintained two bus stops. Ollie and Barb are hospice volunteers, usher at local arts events, and regularly support a local food bank, their church and other worthy causes. |
