One of the big events planned for the Gala was an honoring ceremony for the Founders of the ManKind Project, Rich Tosi, Bill Kauth, and the late Ron Hering.

Rich Tosi, one of the co-creators of the New Warrior Training Adventure, and co-founder of the ManKind Project, has reached out to his brothers and sisters to ask … ‘What has the New Warrior Training Adventure and men’s work meant to you?’

He would like letters, and even videos, in honor of what we have created together. These offerings will be held confidential by default. If you wish to have your offering open for sharing, please grant permission in your writing or recording.
